The headsets are very reliable even in the field. Built well and can survive being dropped multiple times by customers. Good battery life. User friendly.

The function to have multiple channels allows us to communicate with different groups, which is fantastic for some of our larger tour groups.
We also purchased the charging case as it makes it so much easier to charge 30+ batteries at a time.
